This merger brings together two industry leaders in behavioral health, combining their strengths and premier service offerings to create a more comprehensive and impactful suite of services for children, families, and communities navigating autism.

Ronit Molko will lead Alongside as CEO. Molko is a licensed clinical psychologist, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, visionary, and innovator in the behavioral healthcare industry with over 35 years of experience in autism services. She is the co-founder and former CEO of Autism Spectrum Therapies, one of the first national ABA platforms. Molko has dedicated her career to improving autism care, from direct clinical work and research to shaping industry standards through advisory roles to service providers and investors in the US and globally. She is the co-founder of the Autism Investor Summit and author of the book Autism Matters, a critical analysis of the autism services industry.

For 15 years, ASI has provided in-home and school-based services supporting Southern California families with compassionate care. QBS, based in Los Angeles with a mission to improve access to care for underrepresented communities, has pioneered innovative center-based services. The merger of these two esteemed organizations marks the beginning of a new era of enhanced collaboration, expanded reach and comprehensive services to families, schools and communities in the markets served.

Services

Alongside specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis / Intensive Behavior Intervention in homes, communities, schools, and clinic settings.

Functional Behavior Assessments

Referrals start with a functional behavior assessment conducted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to determine areas of strength, and areas of need. The BCBA and parents work collaboratively to ensure the appropriate intensity of services  are recommended and that appropriate goals and skills are targeted.

Consultation

Our staff work with families to teach parents and caregivers how to implement applied behavior analysis techniques within their typical daily schedule in order to ensure the highest possible quality of life for the entire family.

Social

Skills Groups

Our social skills groups help children develop meaningful interactions by guiding them to recognize their actions, practice appropriate social behaviors, and build friendships—all in a fun and supportive environment.
